We are now open for business and dispatching orders as normal
If items are damaged, faulty or missing, please report this to us within 48 hours.
If items have been damaged in transit, please advise the driver, sign for the delivery as damaged and send a photo before you have unpacked the pallet.
For damaged items we will credit you for them or replace them with your next order.
If you have changed your mind about a product, we will accept the item back subject to a 20% restocking charge and you will be responsible for the safe return at your expense.
No items will be accepted for return after 90 days of receipt.
Items will only be accepted for return if accompanied by our Returns Form which will be emailed to you after the return has been initially processed.
No printed goods can be refunded. Please inspect good before printing.
The maximum that we can refund is our invoice total.
Refunds will be made once the goods are accepted back into stock in a re- saleable condition
